Samsung Austin Semiconductor A2 Project
Concrete structure built with holes in the deck for a clean room facility to manufacture microchips. The structure has 1,000,000 sq. ft of clean room buildout with 10,000 tons of reinforcing steel and 115,000 cy of concrete. The project had 17 tower cranes and we fabricated multiple steel round forms that could collapse and be reused which helped expedite construction. We worked up to 216 men on this project with a day and night crew to complete the 1 million sf. ft in 7 months.

42 Story High Rise Multi-family Project in Dallas, TX
3039 Olive
A 42-level concrete structure that featured self-climbing wall/column forms at the East and West perimeter of the building along with a self-climbing elevator and stair core in the middle of the structure. The first 9 levels are a CIP parking garage with 33 stories above multi-family luxury apartments and an amenity deck at the 9th level. Elevated decks were 8″ port tension decks and formed with RMD skeletal post shore, primary beam, and skeletal panel system.

North End Zone stadium expansion for University of Texas Football Stadium in Austin, TX
Darrell K Royal - Texas Memorial Stadium Expansion
Build out North End Zone adding 10,000 new seats and 60 new suites. Project included build out pan decks, raker beams for precast seating and cantilever beams and decks for suites and upper stadium seating. Also included build out of two entrance/exit ramps on North End of Stadium and amenity tower at NW end of stadium. Project had to be coordinated and built during the 2007 football season, requiring cantilever walkways to be built for fan access.
